your getting up there in age, your tired, and frankly, your niece/nephew/son or daughter has learned all your secrets and has the job well in hand, your rich, and getting tired of the drama in the cities, so, your ready to leave your don suit and move onto greener fields, maybe to run that horse ranch you bought years ago, or to that fishing hole off your summer property, what ever it is, your ready to enjoy the life of a rich man without the worry of the mob and the family's breath on your back. You hand your kid heir your keys, guns and walk into the night, never to be heard from again, but your heir.. Well, you should hear what he/she has done.....

well, basically, here's my thought, at don, there's two ways to go, either you sit there waiting for something to happen, or your running a crew, well, this is where my idea comes in, for those waiting, let them retire, BUT let them create a new account instantly with maybe 50k cash, all their bonuses and they'd start from earner, or wiseguy and have to work their way into the family.

the idea is to take a percent of their old chars training and apply it to the new account, mostly thinking that by don, most people are ready to retire and start over, this would skip the first few ranks as a reward for making it to don. You've worked hard to train your replacement and people have seen him/her shadow you at functions, which is why he/she skips a few ranks, your handed a check as a good luck bonus (don char has to have as much in hand at least) and you inherit most of your predecessors knowledge and belongings, contact's and enemies...

another idea the staff might not like would be this: add a credit cost to it, one credit, come back as a goomba with 25k in pocket, 2 and its an earner with 50k. Etc.
