Greetings to you sailors, mafiosos, and gun-toting maniacs who roam our streets and waterways these days. I will make this brief seeing how most of you have very busy lives hunting for inactives to kill, 7-11's to rob, and young Ensigns who have been demoted from their post and are now destined to be tied up in the brig and forcibly penetrated by the most unscrupulous of one-eyed sailors. I am pleased to announce the founding of The Philly Thug Fund. In full support of the younger, less-experienced members of our community who wash up on our fair shores, I would like to offer $15,000 to any unsponsored thug who is in need of a "helping hand" to get them to the next level. Each person will also be provided with a copy of the Bible for our fair Seven Cit-Seas and will have unfettered access to my personal mailbox for any assistance they may require. If you are an unsponsored thug who wishes to receive the handout, please just mail me and I will assist you as soon as possible. Sits on the porch of his HQ.. drinking on a finely prepared coffee.. watching some new thugs on the street.. trying on their new shoes and jackets..all smiling and well prepared Ahh.. nice to at least see these thugs out here with the proper equipment to get the job done correctly.. running from the cops is hard when you dont have shoelaces! Remembers back to the day where he was poor.. no no not poor from the Casino.. poor from growing up with no money.. Its a good thing that the Friendship Vessel is going for this world and for these new thugs and I hope it is the start they need to get ahead in our society! |
