Has the idea of giving the option to murmer a few last words after you bite the bullet been discussed?

For those who want to RP  to the very end, it'd be a good way to let your family know what your last thought was towards. 

I'm sure someone with a little more creativity can think of some way to make use of it. Perhaps only the attacker can see? Maybe the shooter gets seen by the victim and they have a chance to call out?

It wouldn't be a game changer, but a nice, simple touch.
