You will also get a symbol next to the mail as a reminder of what action, if any, was taken on it. This should make things a little more organized.


To Crewleaders/Hands/Helpdesk:

You will now get a second button denoting that your CL has a mail. When you read the offending mail that lit up the icon, it will turn off his blinky on his page. If you then go and mark the mail as unread, it will turn his flashy back on.
