Concerning Eggs: YOU have the problem, not me Started by: Kuku- on Mar 31, '13 20:40

It has come to my attention that there are some amongst you questioning my detestation of eggs. It's time to clarify a few points.

YOU are strange, for it is YOU that retrieves prematurely formed chicken ovulation, cooks it and eats it.

it should not be for ME to explain the depravity of eating a semi-formed creature, it should be for YOU to apologise for doing so.

they are weird... They are otherworldly. It is just vile.

Please apologise here.

I'd EGGSact revenge on them

But look at your own diet, you consume egg on a daily basis.

The only thing more odd that someone who cant stand eggs, is someone who eats it on a daily basis, while preaching how disgusting they are :/

Mr. Kuklinski, while people may have a certain shall I say.. mental deficiency to even consider being able to enjoy prematurely formed chicken ovulation.

What is your opinion on the prematurely formed ovulation of ducks?

I bring you, a delicious food item (taste tested by myself) that contains plenty of protein, and the nutrients that a chicken's egg provides, without the stigma of it being from a chicken.

It is called Balut!

Squishy... Please tell me what I eat that contains egg?

Traces of egg inch their way into some things... But I avoid as much as possible...

So many baked goods, pretty much all bakery bread, most baked goods with a shiny glaze, hell even mayonaise. Like chocolate candy? Most fondant or chewy/creamy centered candy has eggs in it. Most creamy style dressings. Ever eat anything fried? most of the batters have egg.

Like cake? cookies? donuts? ice cream? Moms meatloaf. Evil marhsmellows too!

Mayo? Mayo?! OMG... You people are disgusting: chicken ovulation and fat?

NO NO, THRICE NO!!

I'm vegetarian, practically vegan. My downfall is some cakes... They contain eggs. Otherwise, I avoid at all costs.

Marshmallows... Boiled bones, with sugar and fat. No thanks.

Trust me, I avoid eggs :)

Report Post Tip

As a vegan, shouldn't you be abstaining from all dairy products (not just eggs) on the grounds that they're derived from sentient animals (thus treating the said animal as a commodity, which I was always lead to believe was the issue there) and not because they're 'icky'? :P

Don't mind me though, I'm busy thinking about the bacon and eggs I'll have later... probably washed down with a nice glass of milk if I'm being honest.

Report Post Tip

I'm not vegan but I view veganism as aspirational.

Bacon, as most people know it, is water, salt, gristle and flavourings. Factory farming exploits animals, ruins taste and ultimately debases humans who partake in it.

The meat industry as it stands should be boycotted by all right minded people.

Bacon... It is nothing less than a tragic symbol of what is so very wrong with so many things.

But oh so yummy

For those that look at McDonalds and think "I'm lovin' it" perhaps...

Report Post Tip

The salty, greasy, taste as it goes down your throat hmmmmmmmmmm

(In no way innuendo)

Is Mr Teq a kindred spirit?

Report Post Tip

He's not quite the holy trinity, but not far.

Report Post Tip

I don't give a flying fuck what it is, it's tasty and has protein.

Report Post Tip

Padrino, I have used those words myself, in an entirely different context

!!! Mr. Kuku- ROFL. *shakes her head*

Report Post Tip

Did you seriously diss Bacon? BACON?! Eggs, I'll give you. I can enjoy them and I can see why some wouldn't, but BACON?! I can't trust a man that doesn't like Bacon.

Report Post Tip

Eggs are not 'partially formed' chickens. You are not eating an embryo, it has not made it to that stage yet. Unless your carton of eggs specifically states 'fertile eggs', you are not eating unborn chicken.

Also,  the lack of red meat in one's diet deprives the body of essential minerals and vitamins. Jus sayin.
