Oliver steps out of his HQ, taking a paranoid glance around himself before approaching a small gathering of people. Good day, ladies and gentlemen. Today… or tonight, rather, I have the pleasure to announce a new auth to hit the streets. The man you will soon see don the ‘bold suit’ is a man that I have come to know and trust from my time in the Catalyst Conspiracy. Before our Boss Rhett died, I had approached him with the idea of giving this man a chance at running his own crew. The discussions never took place, yet I am a man of my word, and plan to give this man the chance he so deserves. None of the more recent events have changed my mind. He has never wavered in his loyalty to whichever family he has been in, has in my times of need never hesitated to give his most honest of opinions or offer his help, and is one hell of a Black Jack player. I hold this man in the highest of regards, and have no doubt in my mind that he will be an amazing addition to our current leadership structure. It is now my pleasure to open and share the Windy City with Nova. Congratulations- I wish you and your new family all the best. |
