Home City - Drug Front Property.

As I see it a dfp doesn't really move, in realistic terms I'm guessing that you can remove drugs from your DFP and sell them in a different city but the property would still be in the same place. I was just thinking as a rotation kinda thing for all players to have a better chance of getting one, I would suggest basing the dfp bribes in home city only.

This meaning that you would have to travel to your home city every couple of days  to bribe it and increasing the chance of players possibly losing theirs if they don't get back on time.

Wondering what others would think of this idea aswell...
