Will always be Goodfellas, the most realistic portrayal movie wise when it comes to the life of a mobster. Great performances all around, Joe Pesci steals every scene he is in along with the late great Ray Liotta and then Robert De Niro. Also how it's based on a true story, it's just so fucking good. One of my favorite movies of all time plus my favorite mob movie. |

Godfather for sure, Scarface was good and I loved Goodfellas and the Irishman, somehow the story flow in each movies was interesting and "revealing" enough to keep the audience glued |

It looks like Goodfellas is the top pick for many, and I couldn't agree more. I also think God Father 1 was primo but GF2 lost my interest and it's not a go to movie when I'm in the mood for gangster flicks. |

Good answer here. Casino is a great answer. I guess I'll throw in Miller's Crossing just as a little different answer. Coen brothers movie. Haven't seen it in quite a while, but remember I enjoyed it when I watched it. | |
