The Madam respects people in positions of power, public figureheads, and ambitious clients who strive for public notoriety. The socialites out in the streets rubbing shoulders with the masses get noticed, and thus, earn favor from The Madam. You don't think the VIPs are getting noticed? The Madam has been watching and will now reward you with valuable information about our common enemy, TylerDurden. But don't assume this relationship will stay strong, your city can easily be overtaken by another and her loyalties quickly move on. (At the bottom of the forums, you'll notice each cities rank when it comes to their forum activity. This information is pumped through some fancy dancy math which makes it difficult to game the system and provides no benefit for half assery. It is also slightly modified to account for size differences between the larger and smaller cities so that a city of half the size, with a little bit of work, can still reach the top and reap the benefits.) |

New NPC I guess? Looks like more or less a case of the more active you are in the streets the more benefits you'll get. In this case, the benefits are information on Durdens which could be anything from when they are arriving to what city they are in. Wait and see I guess |

Now, will the information from Madam appear in personals randomly? Or will we view her in the Tips screen and depending on whether or not you meet the requirements, she will relay information to you? |

If your city is ranked #1 for VIP status poster activity when a spawn launches (you can see the rankings at the bottom of the forum pages) you get an additional comment on the mapping page itself (without having to launch mapping or take any further activity). It gives a little incentive for users to take up the VIP status and also on cities to increase their level of forum activity.
If your shot timer isn't open, you get a message about letting your pistol cool down (it's a funny one too). If your shot timer is open, you get details of a potential NPC target (from the initial testing it looks like it focuses on the city you're in and on unprotected NPCs, but you'd need to do a little testing there to confirm). |
