Does someone buy the drugs for the same amount, and sell them for the same amount, and expect to get profit? Can someone explain the process of pushing drugs? in this game |

It changes randomly... Ok, not really. But it's not on a set time. Usually it will happen at 15 after, 45 after, or something along those lines. But then again, maybe not. |

Sunshine.... The kinda is... It won't change at 37 after... They usually happen at 15 after, 30 after, 45 after, and on the hour. You won't see it change at 19 after. So in a way, they are set times. AND I'm not sure, but I think they do switch on certain times. |

Drug prices change at :00, :05, :10, :15, :30, and :45. They do not always all change every hour, some are every two hours, so it pays to check around these times. Sorry Sunshine, but Heaven was more correct than you were. |
