My idea is pretty simple, it doesn't change things too much at all.

As you all have probably seen, the streets now have the city point system in place. Great idea and I basically want to keep that same concept. Also don't get this confused, I don't want to make the districts all separate to the city. Keep the city as a whole in the points system but also show for that city the order in which the districts are.

So it would look a bit like this (Purely a example)

1. Philadelphia 

(1)South Philly

(2)Old city district

(3) Bella vista

2. Chicago

(1)

(2)

(3)

And so on, you get the idea. This would help a city realise what districts are doing better streets presence wise, this could give the GF of that district a reason to maybe try improve their districts street activity (Or promote it anyway)  Or to congratulate their members and maybe reward them. 

As a drone in the corporate world, I like charts, graphs, and numbers.
