Hello Everyone, I am new here, but am coming along nicely thanks to everyone i have intereacted with thus far. I have not found a part of this game ( other then Delayed flights ;) , that i dissaprove of. I love it all its great. I was thinking it over, and i came up with a few thoughts, as to how to make this game even more appealing and rewarding for everyone. We all can grasp a sense of how much we have become and accomplished from civilian to say, Boss or 'Superman'. But these few ideas, may make all of our experiences here, that much more fulfilling. Maybe im mistaken, but please, let me know. If you think it is agood, please show your support so admins may see it, and if you doubt its stability, please tell us all why, and maybe you have a small tidbit, to top it off even more. Thank you all for helping me these first couple of days. being here is great and it can only get better. Hopefully we may see some of these in the future :) 1) Status Bars--- for various levels of experience and how far to next Rank/Level( Jail Break XP, Gun Range XP, Rank XP, Total Hit Count maybe :D ) 2)Rewards for donating to the game? ---Maaybe a perk or something, 20% decreased time lapse for 48 hours, if you donate $10 or more in 1 week. Not these exact numerical values, but something like this, to show appreciation to everyone for there support and loyalty. We may hail from Seperate families, but we are all one community. Without all of us, none of the rest of us would be here. 3) Property or Investments of some kind—-- EVERY Mafia has investments…Fronts to launder their money through and get a continuous revenue from. This could be huuuge. Banks, Italian Eatery's, Blackmail some people for money, Sanitation Trucks ( need to remove that guy you just whacked, Give it to Big Tony for a small price ) and the coolest one i can think of for now is >>>> A Butcher Shop ( lots of mini mission opportunities here :) ) Please let me know what you think, and thank you for taking the time, to peruse this. While this is true, I think something like this would actually take away from the game. It would turn in to one of those games where whoever pays the most money gets it easier. Instead, keep it the way it is. People love the game, and you can donate for free..... Or you can buy a crackdown.
Ermmmm.... For one, this would put excess money in the game. There's already a ton! If you want to invest in a property, create a bar.. Thats what that is! It's a business that you run... Same concept as you described. If you want to make money off of these business' I suggest you look up the "Mafia Returns stock exchange" http://mafiareturns.com/comm/thread/30060 |

In the mafia, when would you ever know when you were going to become made? A boss? Never. Also, what if you had points to become "Made Man" but your boss doesn't think that you've earned it... You could see that your promo is up, but would get irritated at him not pressing the button. I See your point here Heaven with the Rank Bar. I do still think this would be beneficial at least to the point of Earner, at which point the Powers that Be, must decide your fate. I do still think however, that this is a great idea for Jail Break XP, Pickpocket XP, etc.. While this is true, I think something like this would actually take away from the game. Or you can buy a crackdown I do agree here, alot of text base games i have played are just that. One guy drops 1000 dollars wins it all and wins some contest for $1500 down the road. I dont mean something like a myspace application where i could own 72 Casino's pulling 50,000,000,000 an hour. Just one or two possiblities per player, that will help a bit, when they are unable to play for a day or two due to life obligations. Running a business that you refer to does take time and commitment, and while i am sure most of us are very very committed to our respective families, and the community as a whole, we may not have as much time as someone running a bar or club in every city. I feel adding something like a streaming revenue maybe avaiable only at Wise Guy and up, would even the playing field a bit for those of us who would lovew to play all day, but unfortunatley are unable to :( Any Thoughts? | There is already an incredibly large amount of money on the game that is border-lining into ridiculousness. I agree with Chase, that the MRSE should be implemented instead. | |
