This is an attempt to help guide the sons and daughters of fallen YAOWA soldiers. If this does not apply to you feel free to just pass by while I speak.

As a child of a YAOWA soldier you already know this but I'll say it just to be clear, you yourself are a YAOWA soldier. Wear your status with pride. You may think, "Wont this segregate me? Make me look like a threat?" The simple answer is yes. Though, do you judge a person based on how they look or how they act? Ive been lead to believe this new society has toppled the empire of injustice and now will reign with honor and dignity like no other Dictator has ruled before them.

Another lesson to consider is stealth. One must be extremely sneaky while committing war crimes. I cannot say exactly what will be deemed a war crime but its likely the smallest mistakes will lead to your death, life is hard and is even harder as a YAOWA soldier. We must be accountable to higher standards.

As it was drilled into as a child I will drill it into you now,

"This is my rifle. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

My rifle is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.

My rifle, without me, is useless. Without my rifle, I am useless. I must fire my rifle true. I must shoot straighter than my enemy who is trying to kill me. I must shoot him before he shoots me. I will..."

Simply put train your gun because it is your life now.

Always carry yourself with respect, honor, and loyalty. With all of this said, make one thing clear. You are not your father. You are not your mother. Allow their sins to be washed clean and go forth and blaze your own path. Be the man or woman to make all other YAOWA soldiers proud.

Thanks for the advice but I'd rather not associate myself with an organization that was so bad that our society nearly killed itself to rid itself of it.

I can respect that stance DocHolliday. I only ask that you judge me not based on my organizations history but based on my personal actions. I understand that I am choosing to align myself and that may reflect negatively but hopefully you are willing to look past a mere blemish of the skin to see the heart that I have within.

She couldn't make it two replies without showing the kind of "higher standard" that made that group the focal point for the mockery and disdain of the vast majority of our world. The best advice that could be given to any son or daughter returning after this war would be to bury an association with that name, move on, and be more careful of who you pledge your loyalties to. They can make you look that bad by association.

May I ask, as an outsider who was not apart of that group, what exactly they did that made them a mockery?
During my time in Philly, I never noticed New York do anything outlandish. What exact specifics did they do that makes them such a terrible group?

Myron do we really have to go over the endless list idiocy that came from them? From the "accidental" mail shootings to burning dead bodies in the streets, it's all been well documented. If you didn't notice than you haven't been paying attention.

My father was a soldier for Tetley's Teabaggers in Philadelphia. He was very happy there. He liked his crew leader, Tetley, and he like his Godfather, Jaqen_Hgar. He had many friends within his crew and was thankful every day he got to be a part of it.  He was a decent earner who kept his head down and followed orders.  He did not agree with his leader's decision to stay behind DeadlySin but he understood why they would not abandon him. So my father did his duty and protected his leaders and watched as his crew died all around him. Eventually it would be my father's turn to fall in battle and two of my uncles would follow, both meeting the same fate. All this loss because their allies in New York was one clownish episode after another. Even the leaders of Detroit, who jumped in on New York and Philadelphia's side, said they were there to help DeadlySin and they agreed with the attack on New York. I know from within DeadlySin's own war effort that there were many who were happy to see Phil Steak fall.

Now don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that everyone YAOWA were terrible. Hell as far as I know it might have only been two people ruining it for everyone. But after what that organization has cost me I'll be damned if I'll stand around and let people trumpet it's "greatness" and try to keep it going. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels the same way.

My grandfather made his bones for Vaticus & then after his death he spent several months working under Cassi.  According to our family history, the time under Cassi was our bloodline's most profitable & enjoyable time.  Were there members of YAOWA Army who had a higher rank than deserved???  Of course there were, but that could be said of leaders from every city.  Always a few knuckleheads that ruin things for the majority.

Considering it means associating myself with people I consider some of my best friends? You're damn straight. While each and every one of you are quick to judge and point your fingers, I am too busy remembering every laugh we shared, every time they risked their lives to save mine, every time we pulled together to accomplish whatever we set out to do. Forget those times? Turn my back on all the positives that far outweigh the negatives? No thank you.

When you guys are bashing YAOWA from what I get you're hating on specifically two people my great grandfather gambit1 was in ny and everyone there that was a member was completely fine to him. So if your mad two people don't it reflect on everyone else it's not worth it.

I don't care how few created the majority of the problem. Anyone who was a part of the organization empowered and enabled them to create those problems. Many chose not to be a part of the problem and left. Those that stayed were all part of the problem. You can remember all the good times you want. I can remember the good times I had in my crew too. None of it changes the fact that YAOWA got us and many, many others killed not the other way around.
