Unfortunately, such decisions im sure would not have to be made if people were not getting randomly shot for there ancestors doings... or for no reason?

I honestly dont mind seeing some of these new folks getting a chance to lead, im sure some will pull through and other well, I guess we come to that stage in time when it arrives.
