Comrade Rothschild exits the newly developed headquarters of "The Careers" led by the intelligent and resourceful Comrade General Capo Finnick. Comrade Rothschild is about to make a speech concerning his fellow comrades and of Comrade General Capo Finnick. But he did not reach for a soapbox. No, Comrade Rothschild does not need such frivolous items. He has the voice and the will to use it, coupled with the belief in his crewleader, Comrade General Capo Finnick and Rothschild's fellow comrades. As Comrade Rothschild stepped out to the sidewalk, he began his speech,

"Greetings my fellow comrades, what a glorious day it is, but of course every day is glorious when we are doing what it takes to improve this day, and every day after! Most notably of the efforts of Comrade General Capo Finnick! Like the glorious Red Flag, he is unwavering and continues to rebuild the fine cities of this country! After Comrade General Godfather-Captain Harris valiantly ended the war victoriously, Comrade General Capo Finnick was there, standing ready at attention and began to make the hardy, strong and turnip-stocked headquarters known as "The Careers"! This headquarters still stands today thanks to the powerful hammer, chisel and sickle mindset by us, the People! The generosity of Comrade General Capo Finnick knows no bounds, as he continues to accept those seeking to find a home after the large exodus of past families. We continue to make his family strong, and his heart as warm and large as our proud Russian bears! We give to him as our ability is able, and he receives according to his need. This is a terrific and glorious system! As everyone knows, Comrade General Capo Finnick needs larger headquarters, bigger and better fortifications as well as stronger and multiple amounts of bodyguards! Comrade General Capo Finnick is all-knowing, and he knows that we, his humble comrades, need only a home. Other fellow Comrade Generals realize this as well! Do not be dissuaded by insanely high taxes, for this is the magnificence of the system! Our Comrade Generals know what we need, even if we do not know this ourselves. Trust in your leaders! Give all that you can, according to your ability, and the leaders will return the favor with what you need!

Comrade Rothschild pauses to wipe away his tears of joy; knowing that Comrade General Capo Finnick is exactly the Comrade General we comrades need to lead us comrades in the coming times. After wiping away his tears of happiness and joy, Comrade Rothschild continued,

"Now, my fellow comrades, I introduce to you Comrade Arrow, a fellow comrade of ours. Who coincidentally is housed in the headquarters of Comrade General Capo Finnick, shared with many of our other comrades. Here she is now, comrades! Speak your mind, Comrade Arrow!"

Comrade Rothschild steps aside, and retrieves his raw turnip meal ration, a bottle of Victory Vodka, and a Victory Cigarette.

Comrade Arrow had been by the side of her fellow comrades within Chicago for some time now, she was ready to speak her mind about how her comrades and how truly valiant the cause of Communism really was within this world of ours

'Comrade Rothschild, thank you for the riveting speech and the welcoming, I thank you comrade however the victory Vodka is not needed, as it is only a luxury, something true men and women of the cause do not actually need.'

Comrade Arrow clears her throat and throws her cigarette before crushing it and then began to speak very clearly for all to hear her

'Comrades.. First off I would like to introduce myself, I am known as Arrow to the people, I formerly had a name.. But that period of time for me has been long forgotten. Capitalists destroyed my country in unspeakable ways and the men and women who sheltered me and protected me for a long time were of the red cause.. They were believers of the perfect cause.. Communism'

'Now, I would like to praise Comrade Commander capo Finnick Odair of Chicago. He is a great and noble man who has put himself above personal gain and only of the gain of our crew, everything this man has done has been for the people and not himself, we all move in unison with each other, if one person fails at something they cannot do well, someone will pick them up and help them achieve there cause.'

Arrow notices people in the crowds who seem to doubt her cause and her speech, Arrow is determined to make the people understand

'Comrade Commander Finnick Odair is the first leader of our generation to, without even realizing it, convert to communism, The Careers as we are called by outsiders, are a group of comrades in arms who help each other all while maintaining heavy discipline so we all progress. I believe all the members of our generation should think about taking a step in Comrade Commander Finnick's direction, it is NOT for one person ever comrades, a true leader is for the people!'

Arrow had yelled that loud enough to wake up the entire west end of Chicago alone, but after her speech, hundreds in the crowd started roaring at the speech in approval, Arrow decided to display a true way of the cause and threw freshly picked turnips into the crowd to show her support for the men and women who supported her and comrade Rothschild

Comrade Rothschild steps forward and continued the remainder of his speech,

"Your words could not have said better, Comrade Arrow. But to the men and women who are here today, I must unfortunately share some sad news..."

"You see, there are those among us, both in public and those in the shadows, who do not approve of the superior, glorious communist community. These people are part of a secret anarchist society known as "The Brotherhood". These men pose a grave and dangerous threat to all things we hold dear. Our enemies are insidious ones, seeking to divide us and destroy the very foundation of our great nation. But comrades, we must remain steadfast! We must remain determined! Most of all, we must remain united. We have received incontrovertible evidence, that the Brotherhood bases it's operations in a foreign land known as "Afmafiastan". We must raise our fortifications, train hired protectors, and expand the walls of our headquarters! Comrades, contribute all you have to your crewleaders, in this state of rebuilding, we cannot afford any further destruction! As an act of pro-activity, I hereby petition our Comrade General Capo Finnick Odair, leader of The Careers in the West Side of Chicago. Please raise your taxes from the current 40%, to 60% across the board! Our fellow comrades know that these taxes go to better ourselves as a whole! There is no greater honor than to ensure our Comrade General is insanely well protected from harm, and that he may continue to have undeterred access to his fleet of cross-country private flights! Comrades, I urge you all to do the same. Petition your Comrade Generals for increased taxes, and then tribute the remainder, do this is in the name of the people, as this is the wills of the people!"

As the spectators erupt in cheers and praise, comrade Rothschild continues

"Now, my fellow comrades, are there any of you who wish to speak your mind on our glorious new system?"

Comrade Rothschild, in the old North pole days we had never heard of this thing called the Brotherhood. And when me and my fellow fluffy tuxedo's hear about it now we can only laugh. My comrades at skypingrad speak about them often, when we sit down and drink our vodka on ice. Ha! About that vodka, my good comrade Arrow asked me the other day... Penquin what should I do if vodka interfers with my job?! I told him... comrade Arrow.... get off the job! 

Anyways, this brotherhood "situation" is a one man joke, it stands no chance against the comrades. It stands even less chance against the penquin. I am suited up for it. I have an 8 hour work day. From 8 am till 8 pm. I know how to take care of things. 

You know what, comrades from Russia have it easy. You think you have it sooo cold! Especially comrade Arrow, blue face all the time. But have you ever visit my home place? You won't be able to suck an icicle there without it getting stuck to your tongue. And I tell you.... those icicles can get so hard... they can kill the brotherhood.

Comradette Penquin passed the vodka to Arrow who is sitting in the corner, blue faced.... here my friend, drink! It will warm you up. We're in america man, how did you ever survive in Russia!? Maybe you should ask your mother to ship you a real trooper instead of this intimidation Sears shit.

Penquin looks up and notices a very sexy Ziva walking by, hold up comrades! I have to talk to this girl. I heard this great pick up line in the coffeeshops the other day from someone.... Penquin walks up to Ziva.... excuse me, excuse me..... My comrade over there *points at Rotschild* wants to know if you think I am cute? *penquin wink wink* Tell you what, here's my number at Comrade Harris his headquarters... give me a call some day... I always say I'm the best bird, but damn girl, you make my wings flap.

Alright comrades, let's eat! I heard of this great restaurant just around the corner, specialized in spareribs. I can eat a whole pork about now! Then later, I am expecting this call from Ziva and we shall have more vodka. Maybe I take her bowling!

Comrade Ziva is walking along the streets, muttering darkly about a group named the Brotherhood, and what a futuristic "secret" service agency that any futuristic state under the name of Israel may or may not control, which may or may not one day be named Mossad, would do to such a group. It seems to involve information extracted under torture, through sex, and many a throat punch for an unhelpful informant. Yes, in Comrade Ziva's imagination, she would've used such an agency to shut down a group like the Brotherhood by now. As she is approached by a ravishing Penquin, her mind skips to less futuristic pursuits.

Ziva turns to Comrade Rothschild, and hollars, Hey damn right she's cute! 

Ziva slides the paper with Penquin's number written on it into her purse, and continues walking, the issue of the Brotherhood still in her mind. For some inexplicable reason, a voice inside her head muttered to her, What Would Gibbs Do?
