In reference to http://mafiareturns.com/comm/thread/346602#47295912 - Distance means everything:

We have delayed the launch date of this feature for a little more time. We are currently recording all activities so that we can have enough data to ensure that once this feature goes live - that it will be properly balanced on the first try.  The last thing we wanted to do was rush to meet a deadline and launch with things still needing major tweaks.

Thank you for your patience.

Izzy

When it is ready to go into place, we will pop up a thread with at least 1 weeks notice, however, you should all function as if its going to happen sooner than later.
