Creep strolls over to the bar inside his headquarters to grab a cold beer because of the events that transpired last night in his city. After downing his beer, Creep stands up from the bar stool to stretch. Creep lays a crisp $20 bill on the wood bar top and proceeds to leave, thanking the bar keeper on his way out. Creep calls out to Jekyll-Hyde and Lex_Luthor to come to his office.

‘Hey guys. Last night was a scare but I took care of it handily. We did lose two amazing members of our city, Telkin and Xiara unfortunately. However, what happened last night is over with and we need to look forward to the future. Losing a crewleader of the city hurts because now we have family running around trying to dodge bullets to stay alive. Therefore, I come to make my announcement to you guys, I am going to authorize CyrusTheVirus to setup shop of his own in Downtown, Detroit.

I know you guys love him, who doesn’t? He is a great family man and great hard worker. Now lets get him in here!” he says.

Creep calls for CyrusTheVirus to report to his office as soon as possible. Cyrus comes running, walking into Creep’s office out of breath.

‘Cyrus my man. Relax. Take a seat. I wanted to tell you something and I wanted Jekyll and Lex here as well. You have showed me hard work and dedication. We are in hard times right now, losing Doll because she decided to shoot without authorization. I would like to extend an offer to you, I would like you to setup shop in Downtown, Detroit under me as my captain. We need to house the unsponsoreds that came from Doll as soon as possible to minimize the casualties.

As of today, you are authorized to set up in our district when you are ready. Just travel down to city hall and put in your application for a brand new headquarters and it’s all yours to manage!

Congratulations, Cyrus. I know you won’t do me wrong.

Creep stands up and shakes Cyrus’ hand and smirks.

So much to say, so little time. Let's just leave it at congratulations Cyrus. We all know what you're bloodline has achieved and more so what you are capable of. "Yes I will tell him, no not now. Edward, please, you know how- Ok! Fine." There's a gift on its way on behalf of, well, us. Let's just say it's got a special kick to it and it shouldn't be given to minors, though I somehow think both you and Mr. Hyde have spent a lot of time together. Not sure what to make of that.

Donning her favorite dress , she slowly approach her new Boss .

" Cyrus sir, congratulations to you . Pretty sure you still know how to make the life of us mobsters pretty interesting " she gives him her purr-fect smile .

Evading the smirk that Jekyll-Hyde gives her , she flips her hair and give a hug to her new Boss man.

"Let's Fly high this time around Cyrus " 

Takes the keys from Don Creep and shakes his hand.

Thank you so much for this opportunity sir. Its not been long since the great war and now comes the rebuilding period. Our bloodlines extend from Chicago all the way to here. And here we have an opportunity to rebuild a city and for that I am grateful. 

Takes out his cigar box and offers one to the gentlemen in the room. Lights his cigar, steps outside Creep's office and walks down the long hallway as he exits the HQ. Takes a puff of his cigar and looks up and whispers. "The Turkeys smiling some where!" as an onlooker overhears it and offers Cyrus a congratulatory hand shake. Cyrus gives him a hug and steps on a box laying on the side of the street.

I come here today in front of you to announce that Don Creep has allowed me the opportunity to run my own family in Detroit, and since I am a convict...I like to think of myself as taking over the Detroit Air Space. So I introduce to you my HQ Convict Airways...or in short ConAir. So if you have the makings or the blood of a convict, come and join our flight crew. I am sure it will be a great flight...8 miles high!!! 

For the leadership thats responsible for putting me here. I understand the task we have at hand. I know after the great war its like building back from scratch. But brick by brick, district by district the cities will come back to life. I thank you all for this opportunity.

Jumps off the box and grabs a champagne bottle from his Body Guard. Smiles at a old friend in the crowd, walks in and shares it, as he opens it among the mob. 

Its time to go to work...dont know how long Ill be out of jail!!! 

Cyrus jumps in the car standing by the streets and takes off to his new HQ. 

Congratulations Cyrus! Will be good working with you in helping to rebuild Detroit.

After listening to the speech I approach Cyrus.

"Cyrus my man let me say congratulations on this achievement. My bloodline and yours go way back and I know you will not disappoint anyone. I cannot wait to see you help Creep build Detroit to a bigger better place and if anyone can you are the man for the job."

I shake Cyrus's hand and offer him a cigar. I light one personally and puff at it.

"In light of the events with the rouge I wish you the best man. Great people rise out of bad situations and having a rouge go off is a scary thing. Now cheers to making the best of a scary event and build man. If you ever need anything you have my number."

I tip my hat to Cyrus then motion Visicaro and Alucard to the black Buick. One by one we climb into it and the door shuts. We began to drive off and my two hands smile and say he is the man for the job isn't he. I look at both of them.

"Yeah Creep couldn't have picked anyone better then him. His ancestors are one of the most respected people and know their way around this place. I would bet he will be know different."

I smile and tell the driver to head off to the local bars.
