Bianca sat at her brand new Cherry wood desk,  the kind of desk her ancestors could only dream of, gazing around at her office. She had just finished the final touches, organizing her things on the desk just how she wanted them. With a look at the clock on the wall, she gets up and gets her things, and  heads out the door. She looks back and takes one more look at the office and sighs, but smiles at the thought of the exciting journey she is about to begin. She turns off the light then heads to her limo, where Gohan is waiting inside, to head to the streets and make her announcement.

I first of all want to say, thank you for coming to hear what I have to say. My hopes and dreams for Philadelphia are to prosper and grow after this world of ours lost most of their parents; I do give my condolences. With us going into a new era of time in this thing of ours, I would like to bring Philly back to a glorious city and happy place to be it once was. I am going to be striving to accomplish all that my grandparents had only dreamed of and much more. My grandmother, may she Rest In Peace, had worked alongside quite a few leaders and always enjoyed working with people that come with the job. Doing the best to their knowledge of making sure their family is safe and happy, I only hope I can carry on that legacy. After reading their diaries I know what I must to do ultimately follow in their foot steps.

While smiling at everyone that is listening and some whispering to one another, she then takes a sip of water before clearing her throat and looking over to Gohan, taking out a couple flasks with new crisp engravings... Bianca hands one to Gohan as she marvels in its beauty. Taking the first swig, she lets out a relieving and soothing sigh, with an utmost strong smell following.

I've always been one to enjoy a nice hard Brandy from time to time! My family has worked hard under the leadership of Vinco, thank you for all the help and homage you have provided during this time, Philadelphia is eternally grateful my friend.

Gohan, with your hard work and dedication, this has truly made it an honor to have you as my Right Hand man. I am looking forward to working with you and really making Bella Vista, Philadelphia beautiful and into something worth remembering through the ages.

Bianca shakes Gohan's hand and turns back to everyone...

I appreciate you all taking the time to come and listen. I look forward to working with you all and rebuilding this thing of ours. We are proud to say, we will be calling ourselves... Monsters Inc...

Bianca sweetly smiles at everyone before walking over to Frank_Sinatra, QuintenTarantino and Mandalore to shake their hands.  

Congratulations on your crew Bianca!  

Our families have worked together for more generations than I can remember and to see this day come is great news.  I am sure that with your determination, kindness and fairness you will serve the city well and make many friends along the way.

I hope you enjoy your run, you've more than earned it.

Quinten shakes Biancas hand and allows this moment to sink in, it's almost hard to believe she's come this far... with a new film idea in mind, Quinten puts his hand on Biancas back and motions to the sky

That's the limit right there, dear. You've done us proud, lead your family with pride and I know you will be successful, congratulations!!

Taking a cigar full of his own special tobacco, Quinten begins to light up the good stuff beginning the celebration in Bella Vista

Upon The Mad Hatter's flight back to the great city of Philly, he comes to the streets after hearing about Miss. Bianca getting the privilege of running her own family. He smiles and bows respectfuly towards the lady.

I wish you Congratulations Miss. Bianca, on this new milestone in you"re life, may you aim high and be a success!

As he turns to walk back Home, he turns to his Bodyguard and tells him.

Send her some good tea , and not the cheap stuff you tried to put off on me last time!

After listening I take my hat off. I then lower it to my side and extend my hand to Bianca.

"I must say congratulations on your hard work. Earning your bold suit is no easy task and I know Frank is a great man so he must see wonderful things in you. As a ally in the great war if you need anything my door will always be open. Do not be shy if you need anything , seriously. You guys have a great opportunity to build Philadelphia back up bigger and better then it once was. That is what we fought for so I for one cannot wait to see your hard work pay off Bianca. Again congrats."

I then turn to Gohan.

"And congrats to you to impress her so much to be made her right hand. I think sometimes people over look how much work right hands put in and how much trust the crew leader puts into them. None the less congrats old friend."

I shake Gohan's hand and see his hair is now yellow?

"Man I want to know your trick there pal."

walking down the street, Altair notices a large crowd gathered around Bianca. After fighting his way to the front of the crowd he shakes her hand and wishes her the best.

" congrats on your Bold Ma'am, I am truly honored to be standing here in front of you. I wish the best for you and your crew!"

Armorbearer was in the city this day,windowshopping of course, and had noticed some cars rolling past, he began too wonder what was going on. So he goes up to the street corner and realizes the new reburbish building that was vacant weeks before, slowly making his way to what seemed to be a crowd forming in front of the building, he makes hisway through it, to the front. As he reached the front he noticed a few familiar faces, his friends of the city, after noticing them, he happily stands as his friend Bianca makes a grand speech. After the speech he walks up to the steps where the new Crewleader will step off waiting to give his congratulations on the extraordinary day.

Bianca finally makes her way down the steps to her car,when Armorbearer stops her and shakes her hand saying,

Congratulations to Monsters,Inc & may Philly be as prosperus as we all pray & hope she can be.

Armorbearer steps back, turns and made his way back through the crowd and continued windowshopping as he whistled:Tony Bennett- Fly me to the Moon.

Gohan stepped out from behind Bianca after she has spoken to a few well wishers, and piped up some words of his own.

Thank you Bianca, for this opportunity you have given me. Our grandparents once worked together, and I relish this chance to stand by your side, and help build this city into what it may become. Frank, Quinten, and yourself have been very kind to me since I came to these shores to make an attempt to follow in my forefather's footsteps, and I will do everything I can to repay this kindness.

Mandalore stands proud of his close friend receiving this honor. He extends his arm and shakes her hand. He leans forward and begins.

"Congratulations and good luck my dear. You and Monsters, Inc will go far."

He steps back next to QuintenTarantino
