Good evening ladies and gentlemen,

I would like to inform you that after speaking with my current auth Ariadne earlier this evening, she came to the decision that it be in the best interests of her family as well as herself that she steps down from her position as Crew Leader with immediate effect. I fully support any decision she wishes to make, so will do my best to help transition her family as painlessly as possible.

I would like to thank Ariadne for everything she has done for the city of Chicago since the war that occured earlier this month, I shall be forever grateful of her help in taking in the homeless and giving them a place to lay their heads in such chaotic circumstances.

In light of this, her current Right Hand man Ziva will setting up in her place to take over her family. Ariadne shall remain bold while we safely transfer her members to their new headquarters.

I thank you all for your time.  

After all was said discussing what was happening with the situation in The Loop. He drank from his glass, water. He walked over to Ziva and shook their hand wearing a Dandelion bracelet on both wrists.

I do not fault you for your decision, it was yours to make and not mine. I do respect you for whatever the reasons you have behind it. I do not need to know them as it is not my place. I enjoyed your time as a crewleader. If you ever need anything just let me know.

Townslave walked back over to his table where his drank sat. He finished the rest of the liquid and took his leave.

After listening to the speech I then said a few words.

"I respect you  Ariadne for doing what you think is best for your family. It is all anyone can ever ask of any crew leader. That being said I am not sure the reasons but nor are they my business. Congrats Ziva I for one cannot wait to see what you do with this marvelous chance you now have,congrats."

I shake Ziva's hand and have a few words with other mafioso that are standing street-side.
