After exiting a long meeting with Cpt-Harris and Frank-Sinatra, Creep begins walking back toward his HQ in Detroit. Pondering the future events that shall be brought to the streets quickly Creep begins to walk faster.

In his meeting with Cpt-Harris and Frank-Sinatra , they agreed on each taking a district of New York to authorize Mafiosi to setup in. Creep requested to take Queens as he’s always had a thing for that district.

Creep finally arrives back to his HQ and summons Lex_Luthor to his office. Upon arrival Lex walks in as he flexes his muscle.

‘Lex, sit down. No time for games!’ he says as he laughs.

‘Okay, this is what we have in front of us. New York needs residents, all three districts. I just came from a meeting with Cpt-Harris of Chicago and Frank-Sinatra of Philly. We agreed that the three of us will each take one district and auth future crewleaders in those respective Districts.’ Creep continued.

‘Now, I was thinking of a man who has shown he is a hard worker. I think he should be rewarded for this. I know the situation in New York doesn’t seem ideal but we need to do something. I was thinking of authing YOU!.’ Creep stated.

Creep then watches Lex’s facial expression and continues.

‘Lex_Luthor will take up shop in Queens, New York. I know you will do very well there and you have a few good Mafiosi to work with in the other districts. I officially announce the auth of Lex_Luthor in Queens, New York.

Congratulations, Lex_Luthor!’

You have been in influence to me over the time we have been together. When I needed something you were there to help out. You have been more then generous to my kin over the years and now you are giving me once again another chance to shine.

I wish you all the best in Detroit and I know that you will turn this city which was left empty in to a city of pure gold. Thank You once againf for the opportunity.

Travis was driving his cab around looking for a fare when he over heard the meeting somehow...guess he has ears like bats, whatever, he over heard the meeting and Travis couldn't help but be happy for Lex.  Travis shouted from the street..

Congratulations Lex!  

Travis began shooting his gun into the air as he peeled out and raced off but only a couple blocks because a hooker was flagging him down for a ride.

Congratulations Lex Luthor! We all know you will do nothing but make the city of NY prosper with your skills and knowledge and ofcourse your big bank account. Gods speed.

Stepping out of the building, Ron smooths down his suit and walks towards Lex, closely followed by his news-casting entourage. Grabbing Lex by the hand and looking into his eyes, Ron begins to speak.

"It is my pleasure to be working with you, Lex. Perhaps together we can help get San Di, I mean Queens, back to it's former glory!", exclaims Ron as he looks around to make sure everyone's attention is on him and Lex."

As everyone looks away, Ron feels it's best to leave and retreats back to the family head quarters whilst reaching for his pocket mirror and uttering the sentences 'How now brown cow', and 'The human torch was denied a bank loan'.

It's sad yet funny that he was authed by Detroit and then killed by Detroit!

It was a different group in Detroit.
