Due to the nonavailability of high rankers I find it very difficult to do OCs - Only very few people can successfully complete OCs now - If this is a common problem to most of us then I would suggest admin to look into this pls.

I don't have an issue with OC's? I succeed about 95% of the time, are you inviting a large amount of people or trying to do it with just a few? 

Even with 5-6 people I have not been successful - but they are mostly below my rank. May be this is a personal issue. And with time when we have some ranks this will be ok - thanks anyway

I remember on a previous character I went 24 OC's in a row without success, but then started succeeding after a while. Perhaps you're dealing with something similar

Rank dosen't matter in OC's it depends on how many petties you and your group have done, and if they use their felony timer then they don't participate in the oc but still get money though. The more people and more petties you have done the bigger the success rate is. =)

Thanks  lot of valuable info guys - I think the best to do is to get involve more people and with the experience and time things will be ok.
