when mayor is challeged in due time. Will it be possible that 1/3 if not 1/2 of the proceeds recieved is returned to the challenger, when new position is taken? |

| The mayor is a publicly elected figure, you don't challenge him. Why would he had over money he's skimmed of criminals in his city prior to a Godfather taking over? | |

In a situation where there is no godfather, the money has always gone to an NPC to be taken out of the game. If we were to give half of that back to an player, we would have to lower the income of all the other players to keep the financial balance. I don't think youll get a lot of users who would voluntarily take less income from crimes to subsidize a large payout for a future godfather. |
