Creep enters the streets of Detroit with his entourage at his back and lights a cigarette. The smoke plumes through the air as a small crowd gathers to see what he has to say.

I feel the need to address and thank my fellow mafioso for the outreach program that has been implemented since the latter part of this season of change. Due to the hard work of our family and friends, homes have been re-established for the homeless, and we are giving a future to more new blooded who come into "This thing of ours".

It is only by the absolute dedication of those loyal to this re-establishment of the cities' former glories, have we been able to achieve this goal and support the thugs that find themselves searching for shelter.

The program is by no means over. And we must still pursue to continue providing shelter for those who desire it, however an affluent change is evident since the dire measures we were left in prior to the conflict.

I would like to encourage the other leaders to continue this work together forward as we rebuild and expand, reaching out to the countless who find themselves without a home, and also give my gratitude to the overall compatibility of our efforts in revitalising our empire despite the attempts of some to stall our progress.

I see great things in the future of our business, and this rate of success is only a precursor to what can be expected to transpire in the days to come.
