Mandalore steps out into the streets wearing his armor. He starts to look around at  all the people gathering. Trying to muster up the words to begin. Then remembering what he wants to put out there.

"I have been selected to be the Overseer of Philly's business district. After the recent war there has been a lot of business left without their owners. I am condemning the businesses who's owners are no longer with us. God rest their souls. Now please refrain from entering the businesses because the haven't been kept up for some time. It could be very dangerous. I will be posting signs and barring their doors."

He turns to walk away and remembers to add.  

"Before I forget if you are their kin please contact me. I will help you with the reopening."

Mandalore finishes his speech and makes his way back to his office.
