Creep walks out to the streets in Corktown right infront of the Velvet Unions HQ. As he gets ready to give his talk he takes a little puff of his cigarette and looks across the street to the A-Team HQ and smiles a bit. Along side him stand Faceman and Stormvind the two crew leaders from Corktown. 

I come here today to announce that Stormvind will be stepping down as CL in Corktown and his former RHM will be taking over the district in his stead. Storm has some business to deal with outside the cities, he can no longer work as a mob boss due to his time restraints there. Hence Faceman will be taking over. In a very short time Faceman has shown that he is capable of running a crew as well as a district. The future of Detroit looks bright with the leadership we have in place now. And it will only get better...I wish the former crew of the Union Velvet the best of luck as they move forward with this brand new A-Team endeavor. And I am sure Faceman will make us all proud.

Creep turns to Stormvind and gives him a hug as he walks him to the limo standing outside the HQ ready to take Stormvind to the airport. You've done well my friend, I wish you the best of luck outside of this world. Creep then turns to Faceman and puts his hand on his shoulders. Its time for the A-Team to take center stage. Creep sends off Stormvind and walks into the A-Team HQ with Faceman for a Business meeting. 

Michael Corleone was finishing some of his daily business in his office when he got a phonecal , it was one of his informers letting him know about big happening in Corktown. As Michael hanged up the phone, he looked in Bruno, one of his most trusted bodyguards and chief of security.

Bruno get my car ready and pick one of our best guys , we are going to Corktown. 

Bruno nodded with his head and in 5 minutes car was waiting for Michael with two of his bgs sitting in it.

As Michael arrived in Corktown first person he saw was Don Creep , Michael pay his respect to his Godfather and chat with him and then he entered in Corktown HQ to pay respect to two guys which were stars of that night. First Michael came to Faceman shake hands with him

Congratulation on your promotion! I am sure you will do great job on that position my friend and if you ever need some help do not hestitate to contact me, whole Detroit is my family.

Faceman and Michael chatted for a little longer, then Michael decided to pay his respect to Stormvind as well , he shaked hands with him

I heard all the best about you and that you was a good boss of a family , I am sorry to see you stepping down, but I am sure you are leaving Corktown in right hands and if you need something you always can count on people of Detroit, I wish you all the best my friend.

Then Michael saw many familiar faces and join crowd to chat with them...

Faceman shakes both Stormvind's and Creep's hands and welcomes them both into his HQ

I thank you both for giving me this chance and I will not disappoint. I will do my utmost to repay the faith shown in me.

Having kept his words short and sweet he proceeds to pour drinks for the two men and chat for a while about Detroit before leaving to attend other matters.

It is sad to see people step down but sometimes business outside the mob life is more important. So this created a great opportunity for you FaceMan congrats and show them what you got!
