Armorbearer was in his office one morning, going through some letters, when he decided to talk to the masses and see what they would want or believe in. So he walked out his office door, asking his secretary to hold all calls, as he wouldn't be in office for a few hours. He exited his HQ, hopped in his motorcade, and took a ride down to his cities central district to speak to all, whether visitor or resident. Moments went by as he traveled to his destination.... Armor exited his motorcade and stood in the middle of the street, as a crowd gathered to see if this many was crazy or looking for a death wish. Armor motiones for his guards to cease all oncoming traffic as he began to speak to the masses gathered. Hello ladies & gentlemen, fellow mafioso's & distinguished Visitors: I have come to these parts in a search for the true pains and concerns of this world, ranging from the kid who finds a penny on the sidewalk to a City official, we all have concerns. With all that has happened within recent weeks, it is very understandable why many are outraged, yet why? Is this way of life not repetitive, have we all not had to start from scratch when we very first started this thing of ours? We never had a dime to our name, nor a pot to piss in, nor did our descendants. So why are these streets filled with hecklers? I personally love building my reputation from dust, its what has kept my bloodline here on these shores, but that is not why i am here. My main concern is why many may be outraged about the new era. What do you expect to come out of this new change? What can your leaders do to make this world better for all to enjoy? What is it you think can be done short and long-term for the betterment of each city/district? These are serious questions, for what is a leader without followers? So I look forward to all of your responses, and be honest, no matter how cutthroat, because all opinions matter. Armor stands back as some of the crowd disperses & others begin to dwell on the questions at large. |

I have never been one to complain about my fathers death, if he died, he died, rightly or wrongly, 'tis the nature of the beast, those who do, for me, only tarnish their reputation and not only that but their previous city, a practice I think, shows the world that the loosing side were destroyed for all the right reasons. In saying that, this is something that will always exist, no matter how many times we tell people, its human nature to be upset when your father, mother, sister’s uncle’s auntie’s pet gold fish dies. Cutthroat you say? Well, given the huge war a month ago, a war that was more than needed I agree, it would have been nice to allow the economy to grow before another take down happened, again rightly or wrongly, I don’t think this world needed to demolish another newly, building city. I wasn’t privy to the reasons and to be frank, I’m not really interested; I’m looking at this purely from a business sense. What would I want from new leadership? Again some diplomacy when deciding to war, I would have wanted, even expected them to look at the bigger picture, which, to be honest I’m pretty sure they did, but IMO, the wrong decision was made, it could have been damage limitation, as apposed to demolishing Dt. The world will regrow, it always does and it always will. I t would be excellent to see some new bloodlines in bold, give a the newer of this world a time to shine, when months gone by that opportunity may not have existed because of the monopoly that was in place. I would like to see an official GF council again, it would be good to see them influence and address the streets as a proper organisation. Stability is my main focus though, allow this place to flourish again, there is still a massive imbalance for specific cities, it would be nice to see these cities allow the smaller to grow without them influencing the smaller ones to much, allowing them to make mistakes without fear of being wiped out because, well, a city can. We don’t need to live in an era were one city has a stronghold over all others, it will not be beneficial to our way of life. |
