Sitting back comfortably McDermott takes in the aromas that fill the streets. The mixture of gasoline and oil burning from combustion engines. The leather from a fresh new set of shoes recently purchased. Gun powder that fills the air so often from the back alley.

This world we live in sure is crazy. From avoiding the police to make a simple, but dirty dollar. To the mobsters from other cities looking for a sleeping bum to kill.

McDermott smiles and licks his paws. Straightening his whiskers McDermott straightens his helmet.

I come to you today about what we can do for each of you. As the right hand man of a criminal leader I am in a position to effect mafiosi across the four cities. However, my reach is only so far in terms of those lives I effect.

Pulling a cigarette out of his pack McDermott lights it and takes a long drag. Releasing slowly a calm set of emotion sets in.

I personally would like to know what we as leaders, right hands and left can do for you. A recent and controversial war has shaken the four cities. Ultimately this war left a city completely leveled.

Some feel the war was not proper while others do. Though this isn't about the war. It is about what we can do after the war. What we can do to make organized crime better for everyone. Not just making more money as individual families, districts or cities. Instead to help everyone not in such a strong position of power.

This world we live in is not easy. I come out here on my own. No leader, right or left hand has encouraged me to do this. Though on an often basis opinions go unheard. Which is why I hope this is taken advantage of respectfully.
