Queens had been filling up since the mighty corporation known as LexCorp had taken over and vowed to kill Superman.  Lex knew he needed an accomplice, somebody evil but somebody who could blend in. He had an idea of the perfect person for the job.

Lex was walking around the office buildings of LexCorp looking all over for Veronica, he finally found her in the printer room. He took a look at the pictures and noticed they were Help Us Kill Superman posters. She had always been the type to help out in the evil intentions that lurked behind our corporation.

"Veronica, you have been here since the beginning and you have worked extremely hard in our plans to kill Superman, however as you know we are filling up pretty fast and we need an accomplice to increase our success rate in killing Superman. I would like for you to be the next asset in building up Queens to the District it can be. Is this something you would want?"

Lex looked at Veronica and noticed a smile starting to develop.

"Of course, it would be a honor to stand by you in the battle to kill Superman."

With that Lex_Luthor dropped a key in to her hand which opened the doors to the new office building already built for her establishment.

Today is a great day for Queens as we expand our district and attempt to take New York back to the glory days it once was. While we all know this is not an easy process I have all the faith in the world in the people surrounding me. We are working as a city to make it the best we possibly can. I have no doubt that with this Auth we are taking a step in the right direction to building the City of New York, and  Queens back up to its previous state.

Lex_Luthor then takes his glass and raises it above his head to celebrate the events today brings.

Clapping perhaps a little enthusiastically and with eyes brimming with tears of joy, Ron, with his quivering chin and intermittent emotional crying like noises, struggles to get out a coherent sentence.

"Hwewewew....I am so p...p...proud of Vvveronica and her....hwewewew...promotion to co-anchor of...of...hwewew....of Queens."

Deciding he can't say anymore, Ron retreats to his rabble of friends with a hanky held up to his eyes and Champ's hand on his shoulder.

Congratulations to the new addition to queens, the prayers of prosperity to the district go out

BlackKnight sees Lex_Luthor approach VeronicaCorningstone with an offer. As soon as Lex_Luthor leaves he approaches Veronica and says:

Congratulations on your new crew. I would love to help you out as much as possible. Take me with you.

I am so happy for you right now you deserved this :)

This is a great day four our district and I am proud to see you take your new position Veronica! I know you will do great as I watched you help out so much with your time at Lexcorp.

One thing, will you please take Baxter with you! Ron keeps forgetting to take him out and he's been eating my shoes.

Ladyfighter heard alot of cheering when she passed Queens on her way home. Curious what is going on, she stopped at Lex_Luthor Headquarters. She was just in time to see him and VeronicaCorningstone leave the Headquarters and stop at a new building.

"Congratulations on this expansion of Queens district. I am sure VeronicaCorningstone will do a great job."

Ladyfighter takes a glass of champagne and raises her glass.

Gabi is overcome with tears as she joins the hated despot, RonBurgundy, in his round of applause.

"This is a wonderful time to be in Queens and I couldn't think of a better person to be Lex's first auth. You have all made me feel so welcome, and none more than Miss Corningstone. I predict great things for Queens and New York as a whole."

Congratulations Lex on the expansion of Queens district. Congratulations also to VeronicaCorningstone, our paths are yet to cross, but I'm sure you'll be a great leader, Lex has put his trust in you and I know from experience that he knows what he's doing. I look forward to watching New York grow.
