Sliding along the alleyways, Quinten stops to take notice of a few minor details throughout the cobblestone... taking the moment in, he appreciates the time and dedications these masons had building these very streets that he calls home. Running his hands along the cold brick, Tarantino laughs at all the faces that have probably landed on these very walls

Looking behind, he notices McDermott lighting a cigar as he approaches... smiling, Quinten extends a hug to his brother. Looking back and forth to ensure no one was spying, McDermott offers Quinten a smoke... graciously accepting, they begin their conversation at hand 

We have a shipment of fur coats coming in on Thursday, I need you to ensure delivery is stocked correctly and the drivers paid. Also, Paco and I got together and we decided that a few new henchmen pushing that dope on the street wouldn't hurt either; I think we should follow his advice.

Taking a breathe in, Quinten looks up as he puffs on the cognac dipped cigar... allowing the scenery to sink in, he continues 

McDermott, you've been here with my the entire way through our adventure in The Motor City. Heading the Dynasty with myself and Mad-Hatter, I couldn't thank you enough for your dedication and loyalty to not only myself; but the entire city of Detroit. As you can see, the Dynasty is massing with great numbers. I need another outfit inside the city. We have plenty of space inside these city walls for more factions to be created. I would be honored if you would accept this invitation to head a new district.

Waiting for Mcdermott to respond, Quinten smiles and begins to pull a set of keys out of his jacket pocket. Glimmering in the sunlight, he forces the set into his brothers hand

Smiling at Tarantino McDermott is overwhelmed with emotions. Looking around he takes in the moment to head up his own outfit. Focusing on what Tarantino has said McDermott stumbles through his words for a moment.

We started in Philadelphia together. Now we're here in Detroit. At a time when this world needs leadership you're trusting me to do so. Though many other leaders and hands have expressed their desire to see me do well as will. It's rare moments like this present them self. Thank you for everything. The future of Detroit will hopefully no longer be plagued by the reputation it has due to the past.

McDermott looks around and smiles at the on lookers. Shaking hands and waiving.
