They had all been called to gather at Compagi Di Reato; the Czylharz family had gathered here many times before but tonight was different. No one was really sure what the occasion was but any reason to get together and eat and drink was a good one.

Maple had agonized half the day over what to wear. She searched her closet before heading into the city from her home in the suburbs to find just the perfect outfit. She ended up finding a beautiful black dress with hand sewn bead-work up the front. She had even stopped at a salon to have her hair done and put up in a flattering do.

Maple and Prometheus arrived first; the two were never ones to pass up free drinks. Maple ordered a Bellini and Prometheus ordered a rum and coke, not before he flirted a little with the waitress. As the two started chatting about what they could have been called here for tonight, more of the family started entering the establishment.

DeadlySpikeS and bip were the next to arrive. As always, bip entered with grace and sat down with the others while smiling the whole time. DeadlySpikeS skipped across the room and almost knocked over a few tables on his way in. HooLZ walked through the door next. He carried a box full of cigars with him, always ready for a celebration. Dripple then entered Compagi Di Reato. He was sure ready to have a good night. Dripple danced all over the room before finally sitting with the others. Outkast came in and went straight to the manager. Kast was overheard telling the man that the night was on him as he handed the manager a large roll of bills. “There is more where that came from if needed just ask me, no one else is paying tonight”. With that Outkast ordered himself a drink and sat down.

One by one the whole family each and every Czylharz member, family or associate, made their way in and sat at the large table that had been set up just for tonight. All the men wore their best suits and the ladies all looked stunning in some of the finest dresses Chicago had to offer.

The drinks continued to flow and as the sun started to go down they all grew worried. JakeLuciano had not arrived yet. They knew the boss was a busy man but to be this late for an event he himself had called was not like Jake at all. Suddenly the wait staff brought in 10 bottles of the best champagne they had in stock. A glass was poured and set in front of each person. Everyone was very curious now.

Just then the Don himself walked through the front doors. Every member of the Czylharz family turned and waited for him to speak. Jake walked to his spot at the front of the room, picked up his glass of champagne and turned his family.

I have been a busy man today, busier than normal. Just before I sent you all word to meet here I received a summons myself. The Godfathers of the districts of Chicago wanted to meet with me. My meeting ended thirty minutes ago and rushed here as fast as I could.

It seems that they have been watching us, us Czylharz. The Godfathers at this meeting said it was time that I joined them in their esteemed rank. There was one issue standing in the way. Jake patted his rib cage right where they all knew he kept his revolver. But that has been taken care of now. I have been granted Godfather of the Suburbs district of Chicago. I want to thank you all for your hard work and dedication to this point. I know the district and the city as a whole will continue to grow and prosper and I hope to have a hand in making it be so.

At this Jake lifted his glass and toasted to his family. Everyone cheered and drank. Maple then stood up to speak.

Jake it has been an honour to serve under you as a Don and I know it will be an even bigger honour to serve you as Godfather of the Suburbs. You are a strong and fair man and I know our district will be even grander now.

At this the Czylharz family again lifted their glasses of champagne to Jake and congratulated the new Godfather. One by one they began giving their own toasts...

Prometheus stood and raised his glass towards Jake, looking fondly at the man who had taken him in.

You gave me a family when our world was torn apart with confusion, and you provided me with a mentor who helped me turn into the man  I have become today. I have been with you from the beginning and cannot express how proud of your accomplishment I am. I hope your reign is a long and prosperous one, and that you will continue on being the friendly and strong leader you have been.

To Jake!

Prometheus said and then downed his drink, looking around for the next speaker.

*Takes off his suit, unbuttons his shirt and takes it off, takes of his pants and folds them, takes off his socks and shoes... walks in to the kitchen and pours a bottle of extra virgin olive oil on himself.*

NOW wea re ready to celebrate Jakes GF status...

*Runs towards the party crowd while yelling... FEEL THE LOVE*

T'was a hard push to reach here, but your struggle was relentless. You fought and fought and finally made it here. Yet somehow?... Somehow you did not break a sweat... Some might say you're ... cold to the touch... even chilled...

Congrats. 

When HooLZ was finished with offering cigars to the whole Czylharz family he raises his glass and cleared his troath,

Boss, today is a wonderfull day. I'm very proud to be part of this family. You gave me a place to stay when i lost my father and suddenly sat here without any knowledge about how to make it here on my own. Today we are celebrating a special achievement. 

Congratulations Godfather JakeLuciano! Salute!

Nothing i can say would cover what i should say about you bro.  You try to give, motivate and help the family grow and develop and this is your just reward and why i turned positions down inside and outside Chicago just to stay with the family.  I am sure you will be patting your upper structure on the back right now for the great support they have also given in the run in.

Congrats Godfather, I can't think of anyone who deserves it more!

This is a truly proud day to see you rise up and become Godfather my old friend. Everyone in the family knows exactly how hard you have worked to achieve this and it is utterly deserved.

We've done what we could to assist and hopefully that encouragement hasn't felt like harassment too much, but ultimately you yourself achieved this as you assembled us and inspire us to work so hard for you. Becoming Godfather is just the first step of the rest of your life though, and I am very excited to spend the rest of my life serving you as best I can to further our district and the legendary Czylharz family name which I hope to see rise to dizzying new heights.

bip raised her glass with everyone else. She was happy and proud of the hard work that the new Godfather had put in to reach where he was aiming for. She gave the man a hug.

Well done! Congratulations Godfather. I'm looking forward to be working with you. Skål! as we say in swedish. 

With that she walks away from the party as she has work to do.
