Well here it is Thanksgiving. -K- knows guests will be arriving around noon.Finishing touches are done, all that can be accomplished is complete. Silver is polished, Chef is cooking away. Warm smells drift threw the entire house. Chaffing dishes are ready and Sterno is underneath to keep them warm. Festive floral arrangements complete the decor. Brown, yellow and red splashes of color are everywhere. The dining area has a huge table covered in crystal and silver. Place cards are in order. Godfather Marietta will have the head seat and her RH and LH will be on either side of her. Boss Bi-Polar_Bear will be at the other end of the table, and of course his RH and LH will sit to his either side. All the other VIP's will also be seated at the table of honor. A dessert bar is set up with a massive selection of fresh pies as well. Donations form all Familia's have arrived for the last two days. Everyone should be pleased at the selection. Dessert tables will be full and salad table will have a nice display as well. The patio is off the west side of the dining area and set up with a dancing area and seating. A three piece orchestra is seat up here for light dining ambiance. Dickie is at the ready with a fleet of cars at the airport to pick up Dons and their members who don't know the way to the house. The cornucopias are placed around the wrap around porch with fresh fruits and nuts. As the guests start to arrive this is the first thing they see as they pass threw the wrought iron gates. -K- is now ready, scrubbed and smelling sweet, unlike her usual dark clothes she wears. She takes her place in the foyer to welcome guests. Happy ThanksGiving all and welcome to my Celebration. |

| Hayley's limo pulls up to the building, and she peers out the window. Seeing a lot of familiar faces, she knows this has to be the place. She gets out of the car, walking towards the door. As she enters, she immediately notices tables full of delicious food. She first grabs a drink, then wanders around looking for people she knows, and checking out the food. | |

Walks into the house and noticed upturned chairs as if people had gone off in a hurry. "not sure where everyone has gone but all this food cant go to waste I may as well help myself to it" "Happy Thanksgiving everyone, still not sure whats its about but free food cant be bad" |

of course you can join me, I think everyone has gone to hide under their beds seems a rogue is loose in these fair cities. I have eaten all the turkey but we can sit down and eat some of these pies. *Gets a selection of the foods and passes it to -K-* Shame people couldnt stay its a great spread you put on. |

I am sure more would have come if not for the distraction but I felt it was more important to celebrate the festival day here with you than worry about being shot. So any more turkey? |
