We are implementing a change where if you do a very clean crack/pick on the new style felonies, it will reward you with a little extra skill.  If you are within the threshold where you can open a lock/safe by being "near" the correct answer, you will get the normal skill boost for opening, however the closer you are to the exact right answer the more bonus you will get a little extra skill.
