Realizing his error, he hands out a new recording for everyone to enjoy

Rushes  quickly from the airport in hopes of not being too late to hear Arrow sing. Bianca's Grandparents used to tell her how there was a singer not quite like any other. That it was almost awkward but completely magical at the same time. Knowing that Arrow was from that ancestry. As her limo pulls up to the crowd she smiles, noticing she is not too late. She steps out of the car, finds herself a good view point and waits patiently while puffing on a "special" cigar.

Vito walks by and hears a recording being played. He chuckles to himself as he passes. Maybe a duet in the streets will be next, he smiles at this thought and continues on with his day.

Tears rolling down her cheeks and a stitch in her side from giggling, Ziva can't help but give Arrow, still in his teapot attire, a quick hug.

I am still waiting for Arrow's haunting rendition of 'Love it'. However, she seems to be too involved in being a 'Career'. GET YOUR PRIORITIES RIGHT,WOMAN.
