Approaches the streets, saddened by the recent event, but with a good plan in mind.
Greetings everyone. I'm very sorry, but I must post-pone the contest for an additional 24 hours. The reason for this is simple, yet hard to explain.
For those of you who don't know, we had a bit of a set-back in time and therefore, I must keep the sign-up sheet longer, to give those who signed up a chance to re-sign back up. This is only a minor set back.
However, if you're name is not on that sheet, you can not participate. So please, if you feel that you may have been erased, please check to make sure. I will be using the Sing-up sheet to determine who is taking part. I do apologize for any inconvenience. |

Watches the crowd from a roof above. He's not sure about signing up, because he was always taught that a true ninja never reveals his identity. However, 5 million is a lot of money, and his mom needs a new toaster. He decides that it's a good idea to join up in the contest and show the world how a true ninja operates. With a swift flip off the roof, he lands in the front of the line. He then slices his finger with his short sword and signs in blood.

It was dark and silent. Nothing moved. Not even a shadow. Then it was the case that nothing appeared to move, which is a subtle difference. The sign-up sheet hung on the wall; pinned up for prospective ninjas to sign their name. There were so many names on there. Then, in half the blink of an eye, there were so many names plus one on there. The 'plus one' read "VindicareAssassin". And with that, nothing appeared to move again. And then nothing moved. |

Rock Lee stands in front of everyone who has gathered for his ninja contest. He looks around at all the faces, many of them he has never spoken to, only seen in passing. He is proud of himself, and happy that so many people believe themselves to be ninja.
