Gohan was sitting in his office, awaiting one of his closest friends who was on his way over for a short meeting. He sat there in his chair, smoking a cigarette and sipping on a scotch, contemplating the day's business and the future of South Philly, and Philly as a whole. He smiled at the thought of seeing his best friends leading alongside him in the future. There was a knock on the door and Jack Carter entered. 

Jack, old boy, come in come in, have a seat my friend. It's good to see you. I trust things are going well for you?

"Aye mate, the busty wenches have been fair. I do miss my James_Knowles at times though..."

With a chuckle, Gohan pulled out a pair of cigars and lit one for each of them. After some more bullshitting and general fucking off, they got down to business.

So Jack, as you know, our family is getting rather full, and I have been contemplating expansion. Mr. Sinatra has given the go ahead, you are to set up in South Philly alongside me. I can't tell you how happy I am to give you this opportunity!

Gohan grinned and raised his glass in a toast to his old friend.

To you Jack, to Philly!

Gohan, thank you for everything you have done for me since my arrival. It has been a great honour working together and I am looking forward to our two families working together in South Philly.

Thank you to all the well wishes received from The Z-Fighters, I will miss you all but will of course stay in touch, and all the other well wishers from the surrounding cities.

Insanity smiles and chuckles to himself. This is a good day. South Philly is expanding and Jack is getting his own family. Which means two things. South Philly is doing good with business and that means a bunch of money is coming to The Philly Steak Bar in order to celebrate. 

Congratulations Jack! It is a well deserved promotion and a well deserved Crew Leader position. I know you'll do Philly proud. Good luck and congratulations again man.

Frank approaches the crowd and withdraws his flask.

Frank grins and raises his flask in a toast to Jack_Carter. He withdraws a cigarette, lights it, and takes a drag before walking up and shaking Jack_Carter's hand and giving him a friendly pat on the back.
