We have changed the VIP post rankings to be district based rather than city based, as well as the math behind it. The top district from any particular city will receive the benefits of being #1 of their city. (Since this was introduced mid spawn, people from the old criteria AND the new criteria are currently enjoying the tyler mapping, but it will only respect the new method after this spawn) |

so, the top district, period, gets the benefits. not the top district of each city. or at least, that how i read this, yes? |
