Townslave: "I'll buy it!"

He was speaking to a real estate agent that was explaining to him the history of the Hotel. The real estate agent was surprised by this because it's not exactly meant for what Townslave was trying to use it for. The agent looked through the books to value the business.

Real Estate Agent: "You know this is a $13,500,000 business right? How are you going to pay for this?"

Townslave walked over to the closed door and knocked three times. He whispered, "Tell them to bring it up." He walked back to the chair and sat down. 

Townslave: "You just let me worry about that."

Car doors could be heard from the office as they shut, the real estate agent went over to the window. As he looked out he could see 7 people get out of the vehicles all carrying briefcases. He turned around to look back to Townslave only to find that he was right next to him looking out the window as well. Townslave turned to face the agent and smiled. The door opened and the 7 people poured in and put the briefcases down by the wall.

Townslave: "Go on you can look at them."

The agent took one of the briefcases and placed it on his desk and opened it up to see that it was filled with hundred dollar bills. He took out one of the stacks and spread them all out on the desk to ensure that he was not being deceived.

Townslave: "Are we done here?"

The real estate agent looked up to Townslave and smiled.

Real Estate Agent: "Who are you?"

Townslave: "I'm the owner of Metro Enterprise, have a great day."

Townslave motioned to all his bodyguards that it was time to go. They all exited the building and left in the cars they came in.

Dexter just finishing dumping bodies into the ocean heard the news
