| 'Dirty' Dalton goes clean, or does he? | Started by: Dalton on Jul 22, '13 23:45 |

For anyone that had been keeping up with the recent Main Events in the boxing world knew that James "The Cooler" Dalton had gained another nickname from the contoversial dirty hit that won him his first bout against Sammy "The Beast" Gravano. "Dirty" Dalton kept with tradition, sucker punching Sammy after the bell in the second round of the grudge match. Realizing that the dirty move had lost him that second match, he decided since he broke even, to clean up his act. Dalton planned to go all 5 rounds in next weeks match, without getting 'dirty' at all.

Drunky overhears the short tale told by a large man in the back corner of the room. It was uncomfortably close to his seat at bar. He quietly picks up his drink, moves to bar stool closest to the exit, and continues his drink well away from the unpredictable, strange man who would most definitely best him in a fight. Barkeep, two fingers of whiskey. And if that guy in the back doesn't pay his tab, don't worry about it. I've got some spare cash from my new work habits. I think it's best we all just enjoy our drinks tonight. |

BrickTop had spectated the match, he had a bit of money on it, which didn't pay off. He remembers well Dalton's dirty tactics, the end of the second round the bell had rang and yet Dalton still was dealing had punches to Sammy's nose, which sent blood splattering everywhere, it was an excellent decision by the referee, it was foul play after the bell. His dirty didn't stop there though, final round Dalton started off clean, but in the ending seconds of the match his punches went south, way below the belt, everyone saw it, including the referee and it was a punishment well dererved. Perhaps the dirty should go clean, leave the dirty stuff for the bedroom with his mistress, keep it clean in the ring and he may stand a chance of winning next time! |
