Tis a cold day in Chicago and a little boy step's out into the crowd of passer's. He puts the wind to his back as his father taught him and step's up on a soapbox and begins to take a note out of his pocket. He start's to read it and wipes a tear from his eye and the crowd stop's to listen.
Dear Father..
Dear father my your soul rest in peace I know you had to die because of the life you lived. But why couldn't you have taken me with you
I miss you now more now than ever. More than when you was out on your late night hunting trips with your friends.
More than that time than that time you left me at home, while you went to pick up mother.
I miss you father you was a great guy to me, and tried teach me everything that you knew about the life you lived and about life itself.
You told me you was only doing it to put food on the table and to make sure me and mother was happy.
I was happy daddy I was happy I didn't care about all the stuff you bought me the bike the new BB gun and all of that I didn't care, I had you that's all I wanted.
Now you left me father and I am all alone, all alone and now I have found a family of my own.
The little boy know as William or Bill, the son of Mr. Torrio begins to step down. He walk away with his head down as his new family walk's with him making sure nothing happens to him. |

This is the cycle of life. We all have children and someday we die.
I have always been a firm believer that when someone passes that you know, they are always looking over you. As Long as you keep them in your heart they are never forgotten.
You will be alright. You just need some time to heal from the pain. |

This story reminds me of "A Christmas Carol" with the whole tragedy of the young little Tiny Tim. I can just see a little man with a Brooklyn accent, and a cabby hat. |
