Simple: We don't worry about, till we have some concurrency on paper, as targets, or can have some fun killin' some newbies that have achieved their aim of bein a CL somewhere in our world. When no one left to fight this dictatorship, we expand countrywide to control our supremacy, and then it's solve old antipathies or have future targets beyond the horizon, untills it gets boring or too dangerous.
