So as a leader in this thing of ours I obviously would like to see my district, city and overall experience grow. I've been sitting here thinking of methods to improve the rate at which leaders can see Godfather.

As the system sits X amount of people per district are needed before a new one can open up. Obviously there is a slight imbalance in the population so I've been trying to think of a way to benefit the small cities and the large ones. The idea I've come up with is a simple change in my opinion.

Instead of X amount of people per district being required to open a new district. Perhaps we could have a loophole where if there is a Godfather per district with Y amount (less obviously for smaller cities) then a new district will open. Thus allowing for more leaders to advance.

Obviously this is a little different and can seen negatively and positively. My ultimate goal is to see if a solution can be made where new districts are being open so that others can achieve higher ranks and form of responsibility. Mafiareturns has been attempting to grow and one major drawback is that people wanna be to the point Godfather is obtainable.

Any ideas?

What we could really do with is more crews in Chicago. Place is a ghost town. 

If you want we could even open up a new city!

That's the ultimate goal. I just figured it'd be a quicker way to see more people get into the hiearchy over time is all.
