You can put money in a bank account so if you are mugged you don't lose as much. The diference between federal banks & a city bank is you can access your money from all cities with a federal bank but to access money from a cities bank you need to be in that city. |

| ehh no real reason.. to be honest.. BUT you can roleplay a reason lol.. like.. leaving a ton in your home cities bank.. etc.. i dunno | |

| There used to be a reason as you couldn't transfer money to people who were in different cities unless you had bank accounts set up there already...doesn't work like that anymore so they are a tad pointless. | |

I thought that in the old days, people of high rank could do a felony like rob a bank. I thought when these people did their felonies they took their fellow players money from the bank. City banks were just a way to further protect money. |

There is no point to a city bank until now. When you do a petty you are taxed. and the % of the tax that goes to your leader goes into their city bank in the city you commited the crime and paid the tribute. So that means they have to travel to that city to collect it. |
