A limo pulls up the the streets, and out steps Hayley accompanied by her RHM Muqtada. She makes her way up to the podium, watching as people walk by. She stands in front of the small gathering crowd and smiles. As you have noticed, the city of Chicago has been empty for a little while. Many of you have asked what the plans are for the windy city, and I am here with some news. After a long discussion between the other six cities, we have come to a decision. She sees a few more mobsters gathering, curious of the plans. It has been decided that one of the current leaders will move to the city. And I am excited to announce, that with the approval of the other leaders, myself and the angels will be setting up our new home there. First I have to thank all of you for this wonderful opportunity. I am flattered to take part in changing our world for the better, and I hope to watch things continue to improve. I also want to wish the best of luck to Dante in New Orleans. It was a pleasure working along side you, and I know you will continue to do great things there. My plans for Chicago are to rebuild, and make it once again a great place to visit. After stopping there a few times, I have seen that the business district is not all that bad. I will continue to improve the district, helping it to grow and flourish. In the future I will hold jail parties as a way of saying thank you for visiting us. I believe in giving people a chance, and I would love to see new mafioso contributing to our community, and showing their great leadership skills. Later on, I would like to see a new face working with me in Chicago, whether it is from my own family or someone in the community that has shown that they are ready. Of course my first goal is to rebuild the city, and this is something that is very much in the future. Again I very much appreciate this great chance I have been given, and I will do my best in my new city. I will make it an enjoyable place to visit, and a city we can all be proud of. With a huge smile, Hayley walks back to her limo. She heads off to her new city, ready to get to work on her plans. |

Tips hat to Hayley Mam, It is nice to see a friendly face walking the streets of Chicago with prospects to turn things around. It has been some time now since I, myself have had hopes for the city and its leadership. Unfortunately the last occupiers of Chicago did little to turn the city around and make it stand out from the rest. All too often, cities are left to decay and are merely an occupying territory rather than a means of fun, excitement, tourism, and business. I would also like to point out the irony of your families name, the name of your speech, and the history of this thing of ours. The last time my bloodline witnessed "Angels" in Chicago, was the greatest war the Mafia has ever seen in all of its time of existence. And those angels brought death - MorbidAngels they were. Winks However, I hope that your angels may bring life to Chicago. With that said, I wish you and yours all the best |

Dearest Hayley, the note began with...Mickey was a bit nervous. Hypno was a ladies man who stood over Mickey watching the new moves that he had taught him.
