The kitten had gotten the word from Godfather Lynch, it was finally his time to move out from Don Townslave and further the West Sides operations in the city of Chicago and setup his own headquarters as one of Godfather Lynch's captains.

Zalitz could just faintly remember his first leader, a man by the name of Finnick, a crazed man who spent much time in bed and often didn't do much for his family, luckily Finnick had two lovely hands that kept the family running smoothly until the day that Finnick went crazy... 

'In my early days of organized crime, I was a soldier for Finnick, a boss out of the West Side of Chicago but I rarely ever saw him around the headquarters due to his sickness called inactivitytus, some type of warped time sickness, terrible really. His right hand woman Arrow and his left hand man Myrddin kept the crew in line and tried their best to truly keep the crew going.. As time moved on the balance of responsibility shifted, Arrow now found herself as the only hand within the family carrying the weight Finnick had left behind. Zalitz and tony_capone stepped forward to assist Arrow in maintaining what little symbol of a family was left to maintain and operate, and now from their hard work they receive their reward. Zalitz along with tony and I will be stepping forward as West Sides newest family and look forward to furthering the work that was cut short due to two men's madness. For as time went by, many members of Finnick's family spoke to Godfather Lynch about Finnick not being there.. It went on for weeks, half of Finnick's family complained and Lynch had enough.. Arrow was deemed worthy to take the family and Finnick was to step down without bloodshed but unfortunately for Arrow and The Careers it didn't work as so. Myrddin heard of Arrow's advancement in the structure of the West Side and told Finnick she was planning to coup him so Finnick immediately shot his right hand in paranoia of an ill placed rumor by his own left hand man.'

Zalitz looked ahead, there were not many people here, no, Zalitz didn't talk much to anyone and didn't know many people but the people he did know were the people that kept him strong and able to lead a family.

'After the demise of Finnick's family I was to join Don Townslave with many other Careers from Finnick's family, it was a good life really, Townslave kept all of us busy and filled with money and is an amazing leader. A couple of weeks ago Townslave quietly pulled me from the days activities and asked me some serious questions regarding myself starting a family, to own a headquarters.. I wasn't sure how to feel but Townslave and Lynch both asked me and believed in me enough to grant me authorization to own a family headquarters in the West Side to which I agreed.'

Zalitz looked to his right, there stood Captain Teemo, a little man that knew what he was doing but was often playful or out playing hide and seek with the other kids of his size. To the left of Zalitz was tony capone, an old school mafioso who believed in true family and was an avid streets speaker, two vital parts of his future family with him he began to speak a little more about the family he was going to run.

'In honor of my friend and fallen comrade Arrow, I will be naming my family The Ministry of Love, whose family name was to be The Ministry of Truth.'

Zalitz wasn't much of a speaker really but he'd finish with a couple of words before heading to Don Townslave's headquarters for some goodbyes to family. 

'I'm approachable as are my two hands, Teemo and tony, we're always looking for new and old blood to join us in the West Side.'

Zalitz and his future family stepped down from the stands and walked together towards the Ministry of Love's headquarters.

Sir, allow this old russian man to be the first to congratulate you and wish you all the best and success.

blink wiped away a solitary tear as he thought about Arrow and her untimely demise after his hard work for West Side. However he quickly composed himself as this was a happy occasion, and now was not the time to dwell on that useless crewleader he need not name.

My warmest congratulations to you Zalitz. Your work, especially behind the scenes at here at the Twin Peaks has clearly not gone unnoticed by Godfather Lynch as well as many of your fellow family members. I know you'll do great here and have a trusty RHM in Arrow who is a spitting image of his mother and no doubt just as hard working and kind. 

Congratulations and welcome to the Ministry of Love. 

Would appear the drink has already gone to my head. CaptainTeemo really does look like his mum, must be that long hair!

'You dog you, blink! I know we look much a like but lets draw a line here haha!'

Teemo stands next to Zalitz and smiles, it was lovely to have another opportunity in the West Side of this magnitude.

'I thank you kitten for this chance, it truly does make me happy to see such a new face as a leader! tony and I are always here to help you always Zalitz, as you already know.'

Teemo smiles and nearly turns invisible from the position he was standing in.. Almost as if he wasn't there.

Anomaly shakes Zalitz's hand.

Congratulations Zalitz on your family "The Ministry of Love" this would definitely be another awesome addition on our district and on our city Chicago, very well deserved.

Congratulations also CaptainTeemo I bet you'll work just as fine like your father Arrow, and help to make this crew another kicking ass here on our fine city.

Sounds like you made it through a little bump in the road there, it’s a good quality to be able to look past things and keep progressing for a better tomorrow. Glad to see you get a chance at running a family of your own, im sure you will make Lynch and Townslave proud.
