Bianca steps out of her limo and walks up to the crowd to make an very exciting announcement.

I come to you today to announce that Mandalore will be setting up as my Under Boss in Bella Vista. He has worked hard, and been a great help in beautiful Philly.  

She looks over to Mandalore to say a couple words.

Since day one you have always been great to work with and a great asset to Philly. It's an honor to be giving you this opportunity and I know you are going to make me proud.  

Mandalore looks down and sees his Family's name engraved into the keys that Bianca had just handed him. He then looks up to Bianca and shakes her hand.

With a grin on his face that looks like it should split his skull, Philli_Stein steps up beside the man whose family he has worked with for generations.

"Heres to ya Mandalore. Your family and mine go way back, and you've been working diligently for some time to get ready for this. Now you've achieved your goal, so it's time to start work. Lots to do, you and i."

It is indeed fantastic to see so much growth right now. Congrats to Mandalore on the bold suit, I look forward to seeing the City of Brotherly Love expanding even more.

Walking in and joining her two fellow leaders from New York, Katherine takes Dakine's flask after Alabama and raises it in toast to Mandalore also. 

"Salut sir, as my two friends here just said, it is good to see you in your new suit and our neighboring city growing once again"

Handing Dakine's flask back to him and laughing at his disgusted look when he realizes that she and Alabama had emptied it, Katherine spots a few Philadelphia friends and joins them for a bit of catching up before taking her leave.

Congratulations on this fine achievement, although have not worked with you, I have already noticed you trying to reorganise Phillys business district.  Good luck in your endeavors.
