After extended hours of searching, calling, bragging, begging, and doing some highly unexpected things, Althea had finally found what she's been looking for. That one little opening. He slipped up, and now it was Bianca's chance. The only drawback was, it was a one person job, such a small window of opportunity that Bianca would have to do it herself. So Althea gave her the details earlier today and now here she sat, waiting in what was once a gym, and had become a sort of meeting hall for the family.

As she looked around she could see the tension being cut by the makeshift bar set up to keep people calm. The music was flowing as fast as the drinks, but nobody danced, it seemed like not even music could make these people smile until they knew. Of course everyone there knew why, but nobody dared to speak it, until Althea gathered them all together with a stout voice.

"Everyone listen up! Thanks for coming out tonight, I know you've all been busy with your own things, but it was important that we all be here for each other with whatever happens tonight. I won't say much more than the basics, Bianca can tell us details when she gets back. All we need to know is, she went out, and when she comes back to us, WHICH SHE WILL, there will be a new Godmother in Bella Vista." She waited for the single meek cheer to die before she continued.

"I have no way of knowing what is going on, so I'm in the dark just like you, but it shouldn't be long until..." It was at that moment that a delicate but oddly commanding voice called out from within the crowd assuaging all hearts and minds of the fear they had rummaging through their secret thoughts for hours. Just a simple few words both scared and livened the family more than anyone thought possible. A midget's voice saying, "Until I'm back and you can stop talking."

A long pause braced the room before people began to realize who was talking and what exactly had been said, and then pandemonium spread. Amid the cheers, tears of joy jumped from ALthea's eyes as she mustered the ability to scream above the crowd.

"My fellow monsters, tonight we scare in delight with our new Godmother of Bella Vista, the one and only Bianca!"

Jack had been sitting in his HQ, smoking a Cuban cigar with Giles_Reynolds, mulling over the possibilities of his outfit for tonight's event. Today would be the day that one of Philly would take the next step along the path of greatness and my word he wanted to look sharp. 

Jack glanced at the calendar on his wall followed by the time on his watch, to which he proceeded to put on his fedora and make his way to The Streets. 

Jack made his way over to the speaker with his usual entourage and found himself near the front of the crowd, relatively close to the soap box. 

Bianca, we have worked together for a while now. Our bloodlines had never crossed before yet you made me feel extremely welcome when I arrived in Philadelphia. As we've grown older, we've seen some high and low points however always come through the other side. It has been a pleasure working with and alongside you in this great city and I extended my deepest and most sincere congratulations on this historic achievement, you've deserved it. Bells Vista is lucky to have you. 

Jack bows his head in a mark of respect and hands her a brown envelope. 

What an incredible day for this city, Katherine thought as she paused to look at the gardens along side the driveway to Bianca's HQ.  History made indeed.  Walking up the steps and into the crowd in the large foyer, she realized it was going to be hard to find "the midget" of Philadelphia.  Opening up the card attached to her present for the new GodMother,  she wrote;

"My dear friend, it is impossible to find you, let alone get near you today, we shall have to make plans for a night on the town, on me to celebrate.  I am so very happy for you and can only imagine how you must be feeling. Congratulations in words just does not do credit to my thoughts but I am sure you know how heartfelt it is.  With love, Katherine"

Finding the table loaded with gifts, Katherine placed hers on it and left, heading to the next celebration in Philadelphia.

This is the best news that could have ever came forth. The idea of going from zero Godfathers, then to two, and then THREE!

This is the absolute best time for us. 

Bianca, we have only worked together for a short time, but I feel our time together is both professional and fun. You truly deserve this. The amount of great people you have working for you, and following you even, really show others who you can be.

Congratulations Godmother Bianca!

One hundred and twenty days ago, I came to you, a day old RHM under an IA temp, green eared and perhaps less interested than my forefathers would be. Within a month, I was your right hand, helping you get your feet wet in the world of leadership, while also learning quite a bit from you. Then you sent me over here to South Philly, to become my own man, to make my own name. Who could have imagined that we would make it this long? I know we both had serious doubts. But here we stand. Godmother and Godfather.

I couldn't ask for anything more Amica.

Its never easy building after what this thing of ours has gone through the last few months, but from the glowing testimonials i can only feel lucky for those who have had the pleasure of working alongide you.  Congratulations and good luck in growing your city.

Congratulations Bianca!. You've come far and will go farther. Congratulations on GodFather!!!

UncleSam walking down the Philly streets sees the news, and decides to speak with Bianca for a moment to congratulate her. Wearing his usual black pinstriped suit, fedora, and sunglasses. He approaches  the new Godmother.

"Congratulations Bianca, I look forward to seeing you build a beautiful district. You deserve it."

UncleSam then shakes Bianca's hand, tips his hat, and continues on his daily business.
