Hello all you new players! I am RourkeyRourke.....you may remember me from such other accounts as Camazotz_Sucks, Camazotz_Is_A_Waste_of_Space, Camazotz_Is_A_Nobody, CumDragon, BeesKnees, and my personal favorite ThatN-WordNamedLuda. I am here today to help guide you safely through the feared LOGIN PROCESS. An Early Lesson to Logging In Step One: Get to your computer and turn it on if it is not already activated. Step Two: Announce proudly you are about to embark on a journey on the exciting "World Wide Web" Step Three: Point your browser to http://mafiareturns.com/ Step Four: Marvel at the relative lack of color and excellent use of text Step Five: Place a call to your next door neighbor letter he/she/it know that you are about to delve into a role-playing fantasy where you are the mafioso you could never wish to be in real life. Step Six: Enter your "email address" in the interactive field named "Email:" Step Seven: Marvel at your "email address" and take pride in the fact that no one else chose that "email address" before you signed up for it. Step Eight: Enter your "password" in the interactive field named "Password:" Step Nine: If you have forgotten your password, you're screwed. Bash your head against a nearby wall and take videotape for youtube posting. Step Ten: Enter the exact security code in the interactive field that is conveniently located next to an odd set of numbers. Step Eleven: Click the button marked as "Login" Step Twelve: Grab yourself some soda, cheetos, and a bottle to piss in so you won't have to leave the computer! Step Thirteen: Cross your fingers and hope it works..... Step Fourteen: SUCCESS! You should now be logged in as your "Mafia Returns role playing mafia character." Celebrate your good fortune by mailing a few friends and announcing your arrival on the scene! There you have it folks, an early lesson to help you through the perils of the login process. If you have any questions, please feel free to mail HelpDesk at your earliest convenience. |

| This is a good reminder for us older players as well. I cannot tell you how many times a day I sit staring at my screen, crying because I can't get the login code right. | |

Thank god you only have to do this once and then merely have to stay awake until your character dies. A word to the wise: it helps to find a pizzaria which takes orders on-line and knows enough to let themselves in and bring the food to wherever the comp is. An easier approach is to use a laptop with one of those wonderful third gen cons - then you actually go out to eat once in a while (provided you stay within service area)! Caveat - driving whilst playing is dangerous, you can easily miskey something - take a cab so you can keep both hands on the keyboard... |

Wow, so that is how you do it. I normally ask the helpers at the library. There really kind people. Though they do look at me weird when I am in there all day during a war. |

I remember the debates that would rage over which were the best answers! For a while, when this was possible, I left all the answer blank! Maybe that's why I never got past Earner until 2004... |
