Anyone following american football?  I've been a Chiefs fan my whole life, and they are finally looking to have a promising year.  They walked all over Philly last thursday, 5 sacks, 2 interceptions on Vick, was a pretty epic game.  Anyone else following them?

taking nothing away from the chiefs, who beat the snot outta my eagles thursday, Let me remind you that your current head coach ran the eagles for over a decade. he knows the players, and even if no one really knew what to expect from chip kelly, AR knows what the eagles players can and can't do.

This is true, I'm sad I wasn't able to get that game.  But I'm referring to all of it in general, he's done great things with the Chiefs and they look like they'll have a solid year, the real challenge will be late season though for them.

Andy Reid is your coach, and having seen him be with the Eagles for 14 years, I would say it's too early to tell. You beat 3 bad teams, the last one which was gifted because because of a fumbled punt return and Alex Smith was very conservative. 

Not trying to rain your parade, though. KC has a very strong defense and a team that's moving forward.

Ya, they haven't had a defense for like 15 years though lol, that and a quarterback have been what they've been missing lately, now they've got it.  That mixed with a coach who knows how to use them all.  I already said that though, the real challenges are coming up, next few weeks shouldn't be so bad, about week 8 or so their schedule shifts and it gets rough

might. but i know that whoever loses that one almost for sure takes the wild card, and either way, I don't think anyone can take denver long term. Much as i hate it, as of now, denver would be my pick for the Super Bowl.

Dunno, KC this year, cause nobody follows them anymore, but they'll be in the running to say the least.  Last time we got a coach out of Philly look what happened LOL.  And now White found his receivers, he knows he's got guys he can throw to.  Bear in mind, they've been playing their games with 3rd string lineups, and STILL winning.   Those guys earned some field time, and in turn better practice positions...I think come time to play Denver it'll be a whole different team with the Chiefs, instead of the one that's scraping by wins with their defense.

Just look at their last game and how they ran away with the 2nd half.

After week 10 you have Denver twice, SD twice, and the colts...no chance against Tennessee this week imo, but assuming KC keeps playing decent ball, thats still a 10-6 record and a playoff spot. On another note, go Packers.

I had a similar discussion with my buddy out here, HUGE denver fan.  We both agreed, SD aint what it was, if they beat KC they won't sweep them, colts are a threat, tennessee won't do it this sunday, and Denver might win at milehigh, but they'll be coming off of a game against New England before going to arrowhead, his hopes are not high for that one.  Even the denver game at milehigh, KC has a bye the week before it...KC WILL get one of those game, they will not be swept this year by anyone.

Did just fine against your raiders mate...held them to 7 points the WHOLE game ;)

Their offense hasn't been top notch at all this season, needs work, but they don't turn the ball over, have an amazing punt team, and a top notch defense that barely gives up yards, let alone points.  I say they did just fine.

marine, i think your underestimating denver. I saw full brunt what those buggers did to me two weeks back, ad what they did to dalles last week. We and dal ain't the best, but If i were gonna bet on Denver vs. KC at arrowhead and mile high, My money's on denver by a decent amount at mile high, and by maybe 4 at arrowhead
