From a crew member perspective. A good crew leader, is someone with an immense gun, far suppasing that of anyone else. Why feel the need to argue in street debates with anyone? If they give you shit or your losing the argument. Shoot them. Easy peasy. You will never have to argue with them again. ;-D |

That's a very naive way of thinking Mute. I'll never speak with them again? what about when their son/daughter does exactly the same thing? |

| You know what? A good crew leader doesn't need to speak too much.. He/She just do whatever that's need to be done and gets it done. He/She doesn't want too much attention but when He/She speaks, everybody listens.... | |

It's hard to say what qualities makes a good leader. For example lets two hypothetical leaders, say leader A is wise, passionate, and strong . Leader B is brash, charismatic, and stylish. Both can be good leaders. A good leader is one that is able to control the qualities that make him or her powerful, and alos, able to make a good decision for the people he or she leads. Good decision don't always end up in good results; at the same time, a bad decision can end up with good results. Good results don't equal a good leader. Good decisions equal a good leader. nosenseofremorse you asked the question so its only fair that I ask you the very same question. nosenseofremorse, what makes a good leader? |

The true maffioso/leader dresses modestly. He affects a brotherly bonhomie in his attitude and speech. He makes himself seem nae, attentive to what you are saying. He endures insults and slaps with patience. Then, the same evening, he shoots you.' Some would say a good leader needs to dance/parade around the streets....works for some...others prefer to make they're presence known in other ways. Its quite easy to talk the talk, however walking the talk is a whole other journey. An effective leader recognizes his/her family is only as strong as its weakest link and makes the necessary adjustments. Good leaders develop over time....create a following all of there own...have there own style...diplomacy is key...the ability to cross lines and work other leader/personalities. Look to the friends and past family members when considering a CL. Im with SWYW in accepting application [go figure] <snickers mcdonalds=""> anyone can write a good resume...talk is cheap...I want to talk to them one on one...ask questions...talk to people who know them...listen to last voice inside of you. In the end no matter who you choose they're 'True Colors' will become apparent in a short period of time</snickers> |

I think thay a good leader should incorporate the various skills of a politician, diplomat and a general. They should be flexible in there relationships with other crew leaders as well as those in their families. When necessary they should be strong and clear in the conviction of their actions. Above all they should put the interests of themselves and their family in the forefront of any decisions. War should be avoided as much as possible but is perhaps almost inevitable in the world we inhabit, but as long as there is space for debate and compromise war should be the last resort. |

| Surprisingly, many great, spectacular, astounding family heads usually don’t do too well. To me, family heads that are unbalanced fail miserably. When crewleaders get cocky or over arrogant, they are destined to fail miserably, because their crewleading peers will eventually shoot a bullet into their forehead. At this moment, all of the crewleaders are really well balanced and easy to work with. | |
