During this autumnal afternoon, the headquarters of The Cockney Elite was a busy place. Jack was drinking some liquor at the HQ bar with the two busty wenches which had served him remarkably well over the past few months. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Cab_Tufting come through the entrance of the bar. Cab looked tired, no doubt from all the errands which Jack had asked him to run in the morning. Jack's face produced a heart warming smile as he proceeded to call Cab over.
 

The two conversed for an hour or so; the atmosphere within the bar was jovial, as the conversation was riddled with laughter and a lot of "back patting". After the two shared some more drinks from Jack's liquor bottle, they put on their coats and made their way to the Streets to address the public.

Jack's presence with his entourage of bodyguards had drawn some attention from the population who were present on the Streets. Jack stood on his soap-box as he began to address the crowd...

"Ladies and Gentlemen, if I could have your attention please. Now, I realise I am a man of few words. My presence within these Streets are limited, as I am a firm believer in only speaking when you have something interesting to say. Today I have something interesting to say.  For these past few months, during my leadership in the Old City District of Philadelphia, I have been fortunate enough to work with some very talented and good looking people. I have also worked with Cab..."

Jack grinned at Cab, offering him a wink as he jested within his speech

"As you know, Cab has been in my family and by my side in The Cockney Elite since he came to these shores. He has been one of, if not the most pro-active, hard working and loyal members I have had with me. I have watched him grow, going from strength to strength in our organisation, and now the time is right for him to expand and begin his own legacy."

Jack turned to Cab and handed him some keys.

"Cab, I hand you these keys which are for your own headquarters. Some may not know, but my bloodline was the first family that Cab's bloodline ever joined on these shores back in the old days. It is just so fitting that I now give you a shot to lead with me in Philadelphia. I know you will do me proud.

So spread the word people, the BFC Corp is setting up in the Old City District. Congratulations my friend."

Cab approaches the crowd and smiles wryly

I am a little lost for words bossman, it has been a long time since my bloodlines were bestowed this honour and I am looking forward to pushing OCD forward with you immensely.  

Although this has been a long time coming, it is no surprise, these plans were laid down a long time ago and it was agreed that it would be done when, and only when, the time was right; yet I still find myself massively unprepared.

Let's see if yourself, Siobhan and I can really put Philadelphia, especially the Old City, back on the map.  I am fairly confident that, alongside South Philly, we can really be confident in the knowledge that Philadelphia is on the mend after the brief clean up of the other night.

As for the rest of you, my friends,

I am sure you all itching to send me huge amounts of fan mail, I ask that you bear with me for a reply.  I need a little time to organise affairs within my walls.  

The place is in one hell of a state, I daren't ask what Jack has been using it for, obscene paraphernalia lying around, questionable publications buried away in dusty boxes and the like.  It's going to take me a good while to deal with disposing of the sheer amount of crap lying around.

Cab raises a glass of vintage bourbon to the crowd........

Siobhan steps around some of the people, her small group parting the crowd as she makes her way towards the two men. When they finally break free, she steps up to shake Cab's hand.

Congratulations Cab. You are well deserving of this. 

And if you need help clearing out the ... ummm trash from your newly acquired space, I'll lend you a few hands. I'm sure they won't read too much while throwing it away.

Looking back at Jack_Carter, Siobhan just shakes her head.

Really, I thought you would have remembered which place you had all that crap at.

Congratulations sweetheart. I look forward to watching the shaping of a crew by someone who cares about the old ways as my line had not yet come to this country during those times.

Congratulations, i wish you the best of luck rebuilding after the recent tragic incidents.
